The largest and fastest growing demographic in New Hampshire is people over the age of 65. Studies show that when given a choice seniors want to remain in their homes and communities for as long as possible, but many of them may need help with simple household chores, while others need a more complex continuum of care.   Moore Center Services offers initiatives that enable seniors to remain independent.

Personal Care Services provides community-based care for seniors and people who have long-standing needs that are the result of an illness or a lack of certain abilities. Services under this program may include assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and eating, as well as help with use of adaptive equipment and general housekeeping support.

Adult Family Care, which has never been offered in New Hampshire, provides personal care assistance to seniors who live with a host family recruited, trained and supervised by Moore Center Services.  Adult Family Care allows the individual to continue living in the community in an atmosphere that is as close to being in one’s own home as possible.

Kinship Care reimburses certain family members for providing care to a Medicaid-eligible relative.

Case Management provides coordination of an individualized plan of care through reliable guidance and supervision by a licensed care manager from Moore Center Services.

Crisis Stabilization is available for short-term care management.

Or perhaps you're looking for the opportunity to earn some extra money while providing an important service to seniors? Moore Options for Seniors is looking for caring, supportive individuals to give support and assistance to older adults who are experiencing difficulty living alone and prefer living with a loving family.

Compensation is based upon the level of care needed and can range from $960 to $1,2932 per month. Room and board is reimbursed at $540 a month. The money is tax-exempt.

Reimbursement for Kinship Care is limited to a relative who is not a spouse, son or daughter.
