Our new Emergency Temporary Placement program (ETP) offers temporary placement in a clinical home environment for individuals in crisis situations, with care managed by our team of professionals. It’s a residential program and we’re looking for a Registered Behavioral Tech to work with our Clinical Direct Support Professionals to provide direct care to ensure stabilization and temporary respite.

Clients who are eligible for participation in this program have various intellectual disabilities and may also have additional mental health challenges. These positions offer a wide range of learning opportunities through working with a diverse client base and a collaborative team of professionals.
As a Registered Behavioral Tech you’ll be responsible for:
- Collecting, summarize and interpret behavioral data to make recommendations for interventions.
- Assist in conducting interventions and act as a role model/mentor for our team of Clinical Direct Support Professionals
- Act in a team-lead capacity for our second shift support team
- Assist in creating and conducting sensory activities as appropriate for the client base that incorporate fun and/or mindfulness
This program is a new, innovative model for stabilization of clinically complex individuals, working within a well-established residential field that seeks to supplement crisis intervention options. You’ll gain valuable experience by working with a diverse client base as well as professional clinical teams to handle a variety of crisis situations in our residential environment. You’ll receive an accelerated level of training and hands-on experience.

A Registered Behavioral Tech is a hands-on position within our Clinical Department. This is a 2nd shift position acting as the team lead for Clinical Direct Support Professionals. It offers experience in working with a wide range of clients in crisis situations, and we also offer advance training.
