Do you need mother’s hours and a flexible schedule? And a job that’s rewarding too? We’re looking for a part-time recruiter – 25 hours per week – to advertise for and source Life Skills Coaches (aka direct support professionals).
Life Skills Coaches are on the front line of supporting some of New Hampshire’s most vulnerable citizens – those who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. They provide personal care and engage clients in recreational, socialization and therapeutic activities. It’s an entry-level, client-facing position and you’ll be responsible for recruiting and on-boarding.
This recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand individual client needs, source candidates, review resumes and applications, and conduct phone screenings. They’ll also partner with our team across all recruiting functions to ensure a positive candidate experience.
We’re looking for an energetic person with experience in a professional recruitment environment, preferably minimum of 2 years. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
The Moore Center is one of New Hampshire’s largest human services organizations, providing services to over 2,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders, as well as award-winning, innovative programs for children, adults and senior citizens.
