Services will include transportation, identifying activities of interest in the community, support to engage in these activities, and some personal care/household assistance as needed. His interests include music, playing the guitar, animals, and going to the park. 20 hours a week, $18/hr. Mileage reimbursement up to 50 miles a week. Requirements: We are seeking a person who is active, creative, patient, high-energy and willing to learn Spelling to Communicate. Micah is a 31-year-old male who needs physical activity every day. He likes to hike and swim. He also likes trampolines, bowling, the beach, and exploring new places. He enjoys crafts such as painting and making clay projects. He enjoys cooking and shopping for his lunches, He enjoys berry, apple, and peach picking, and then creating muffins and desserts for his family. Micah’s regulation benefits from 2 hours of physical movement daily, without it he easily becomes dysregulated. Schedule-TBD-16-30 hours a week. Start date- January 2026 Pay: $21/hr. plus mileage reimbursement Family is looking for a DSP to support their 8-year-old son in the Manchester/Hooksett area. He’s a kind, creative, and caring boy with a passion for art. He loves doing arts and crafts, spending time with animals, solving puzzles and games, imaginative play, and being active outdoors. He also loves sharing funny videos and making people laugh. He sometimes needs a little support with social interactions, especially in groups, and reminders about personal space and boundaries. He has some health considerations such as epilepsy, ADHD, and dietary restrictions. Duties would include transportation, meal prep, help with daily routines like hygiene and getting dressed, keeping him safe, following his behavioral support plan, and providing structure and consistency. Hours would be Monday through Friday from 3:30–5:30 PM, with some flexibility for a part-time schedule. The family has pets, pays $17.12/hour, and is looking for someone to start ASAP. They are looking to support their 16-year-old daughter with meal preparation, activities of daily living especially in the bathroom, play games and cards, go for walks, and provide transportation to and from activities. The schedule is consistent every week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with Thursdays and Fridays available as backup options. The household includes two adults and two children, along with friendly dogs and fish in a non-smoking environment. She loves her animals, and they sometimes help regulate her anxiety at home and in the community. When at a behavioral baseline, Becca enjoys social interactions with others, especially those close to her, and with whom she has formed relationships within her social circles. She does exhibit intense behavioral outbursts. Becca has a close relationship with her family and likes to socialize with friends whom she has maintained relationships with from Special Olympics'. Becca also attends equine therapy where she helps care for the horses and enjoys going out to eat and shopping. She is mobile but requires a wheelchair for long distances as she tires easily and is at high risk for drop seizures. She also utilizes a gait belt/harness for walking and transfers, as she has an extensive seizure history. Behavioral challenges along with ongoing seizure activity continue to be an issue for Becca's day-to-day living and functioning. She requires personal care support from her home care provider and staff but has been working on her independence with her continence and hygiene.
