Family Directed Services provides in-home supports such as personal care, clinical consultation, respite, and environmental modificationsd to enhance skills of disabled family memebers at home and in the community. Services include:

Personal Care Services
PCS is a residential service for individuals that live with their family members. Supports include total care and assistance with daily living skills, respite, and community access and participation. On occasion, staff is hired to assist the family/individual with care. Individuals who receive PCS may also have a day service in the residence, which must be certified through the residential program and have clear goals.

Consolidated/Client/Family Directed Services (CDS)
The services and supports are tailored to an individual's needs and are directly overseen by the "family manager." All services are certified and must follow all state regulations, just as individual day and/or residential services; the funding, however, is more flexible. The director of Family Directed Services works closely with the family manager to ensure all regulations are adhered to, the client's needs are being met, and the budget does not exceed the funds available. Services can be purchased from Moore Center Services, such as case management, nursing, behavioral, etc. This is the choice of the individual/family.

In-Home Supports (IHS)
In-Home Supports are for children from birth to 21 that remain home with their families. The family is able to set the pace and oversee the quality of services. The services consist of four billable venues--Personal Care Services, consultative services, respite, and environmental modifications (adaptation to the home or vehicles). IHS case managers work closely with family to ensure all regulations are met.
