Immediate openings for an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech and Language Pathologist, and Early Educator at Moore Center Services, a leading non-profit center that provides supports and services to enhance the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in the greater Manchester area.

The successful candidates will play a critically important role in an expanding Early Supports and Services program that provides family-centered, trans-disciplinary services for infants and children up to three years of age who have developmental disabilities, delays, or risks.

Your initial role will as a member of a new trans-disciplinary team that will conduct evaluations of infants and toddlers referred to the program and help determine the services and supports needed to facilitate each child’s desired developmental outcomes.

There will also be opportunities to provide expert consultation regarding skills development in your area of professional expertise to families and their professional ESS partners as they seek to achieve positive, functional outcomes for each child within the natural context of his family and community routines and activities. This program offers flexibility in work schedules and great potential for professional growth; part-time hours are possible.

Requirements include State of NH certification/licensure, professional experience working with infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families, the demonstrated capacity to develop rapport with families, and a commitment to working with a team in a family-centered environment. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle are also required.
